Harley AI processes advertising account data that is necessary for authorized campaign management, reporting, and rule-based optimization. This may include advertiser account identifiers, campaign names, campaign, ad group and ad configuration, approved creative asset metadata, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
2. How We Use Data
We use authorized advertising data to display campaign performance, create or update campaign structures, upload approved creative assets, execute predefined optimization rules, maintain audit logs, and provide operational reports to authorized users.
3. TikTok and Platform Data
We only access TikTok Ads or Meta Ads accounts that our organization or customers explicitly authorize us to manage. We do not scrape TikTok content, collect personal TikTok user data, or access accounts without permission. Users may revoke platform authorization from the connected platform account settings or request disconnection through support.
4. Automation Rules
Rule-based actions are configured by authorized team members. Examples include pausing ads when cost thresholds are exceeded, adjusting budgets based on approved rules, or creating performance alerts. These actions are designed to be visible, logged, auditable, and reversible by the account operator.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell advertising data or personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that help us operate the service, subject to appropriate security and confidentiality controls.
6. Data Security
We use access controls and operational safeguards to protect account data. Users should only connect accounts they own or are authorized to operate and should keep credentials secure.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Advertising data is retained only as needed to provide the service, meet operational requirements, and maintain audit records. Customers may request account disconnection, authorization revocation assistance, or data deletion through support.
8. International Service Scope
Harley AI supports ecommerce advertisers operating across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions. Data is processed only for authorized advertising operations.
